Sitting in the silence, breathing in that quiet consolation, I realize with awe that my sweet daughter prayed a Marian colloquy, too. Her dear heart, filled with love for the Mama of the Catholic Church, instinctively knew the comfort of a heart laid bare in conversation with Mary.
However you know her, be assured, she knows you, sees you, welcomes you — the arms that held Jesus, longing to hold you.
