On March 11, the Society of Jesus celebrates the feast of Saint John Ogilvie, a Jesuit martyred for his faith in Glasgow, Scotland. He is the only canonized martyr of the Scottish Reformation.

The USA Midwest Province of the Society of Jesus today released the names of those Jesuits with established allegations of sexual abuse of minors since 1955. In addition to the list of names, Fr. Brian Paulson, SJ, Provincial, has released a statement, “On behalf of the Midwest Jesuits, I apologize to victim-survivors and their families for the harm and suffering you have endured.
