Dear Pilgrims,

London & The Catholic Martyrs Brochure

We hope you will join us for a spiritually-enriching 11-day pilgrimage to London. Flying directly from the West Coast and lodging in a luxurious hotel, we will explore this world class city while learning about the Catholic martyrs. Our itinerary includes daily Mass with your two Jesuit spiritual directors: Fr. John Mossi, SJ, and Fr. Sam Bellino, SJ.

After enjoying an orientation motorcoach tour of London’s most famed sites, we will visit Westminster Abbey and then cruise down the Thames to the Borough of Greenwich. We plan to tour the Tower of London, one of the world’s most famous and spectacular fortresses, which today houses the Royal Crown jewels. We will also visit the world-famous Globe Theatre, where William Shakespeare’s plays were first preformed.

London is an ideal destination for concerts and plays. We offer three free days and evenings for pilgrims to see productions in the West End, the home of London theatre, and the Globe Theatre. These days can be used for personal exploration and visits to museums and cultural landmarks.

Our adventure includes two daytrips. One day, we travel to Scotney Castle, where a Jesuit priest hid for seven years during Catholic persecution, and Canterbury Cathedral, where Saint Thomas Becket, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Canterbury, was murdered. For the other daytrip, we will visit Bath, a city founded by the Romans, and the breathtaking Stonehenge, the most famous prehistoric site in Europe.

We expect this pilgrimage to London will sell out quickly! Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we urge you to submit your deposit today. If you have ever been on one of our pilgrimages, we always strive to make them extra special.
